This assignment will consist of taking a Big Five personality assessment, reflecting on the results, and considering them within a workplace context. The objectives of the assignment are $(1)$ to gain a deeper understanding of oneself; and $(2)$ consider the role of personality in the workplace. Understanding the connection between personality, motivation and behavior, and how they interact within organizations is not only a critical aspect of this course, but critical to understand as an employee, and as a manager.
