Explain how the trend that you have chosen will impact an organization in terms of planning for the workforce. This report needs to be a minimum of 4 pages in length. The report must be done in Microsoft Word, 12 size font, and double spaced. Include a title page and works cited page which will make your assignment a minimum of 6 pages in total. Illustrations do not count towards the 4-page minimum. Failure to submit the assignment by the due date will result in a grade of zero. 1. Increased global competition for jobs, markets, and talent. 2. Changes in employee rights. 3. Baby Boomers leaving the workforce. 4. Growth in emerging markets. 5. Greater economic uncertainty.
