write a short report for the CEO of Saturday Chocolates Retail Stores, Ms Rebecca Smith as follows. Rebecca has had some problems with his organizational as it relates to fighting and low morale. She finds she has so many different personalities and she just doesn't know how to manage them and manage themselves so they work together well. Some people are outgoing and some are more reserved. Some are more intuition based and some more fact based when making decisions. She also has many people who have a poor attitude while at work. They don't appear to like their jobs and feel no affinity to the organization. Sales are slowing as a result and customer complaints are up. What could be causing this? What can she do about it
