Business Case Study: eBookStore The ABC College has realised that there is a need to support its students with reselling their used textbooks. As a result, the Teaching & Learning with Technology Department at ABC College has agreed to provide funding for the development of an online platform. The online platform will be available to the traditional bookstores within the college and students will resell their used textbooks. To make the platform noteworthy, the college recommended that the online platform will be developed by the ABC College students, who are registered in the Web Development and Business Application module. This online platform should meet all the electronic commerce (e- commerce) basic principles. It should also provide traditional bookshops such as JUTA, Van Schaik, Credo, and Protea an opportunity to sell new books, but most importantly, to resell used textbooks within the student community. The e-commerce web application will be named eBookStore. The student development team will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and implementing and supporting the eBookStore.
