Date submitted b. Purpose of the trip c. The status of the report: New, Complete, Submitted, Approved, Nope Approved d. The department of the expense report owner 2. Users should only be able to choose an expense report status of New or Complete 3. Three types of expenses must be captured: > Transportation Type of Transportation a. Airline: United Delta British Airways KLM b. Taxi: Uber Lyft Yellow Cab Other c. Rental Car: Avis Budget Hertz d. Amount e. Comments > Accommodation: Vendor Number of Nights Nightly Rate (does not vary) Amount Comments > Food a. Meal Type: Breakfast Lunch Dinner b. Amount c. Business Guest (required for all meals over $50) d. Comments 4. Each expense type should only show items relevant to the type. 5. The following calculations need to be performed: Total Transportation Expenses Total Accommodation Expenses Total Food Expenses 6. Once an expense report is complete, it should be automatically submitted for approval by the record owners manager. 7. Once an expense report is approved, the expense report should be reassigned to the expense processing team Expense Processing Team: Jacob Lerner, Ted Kim, Maya Lorrette 8. No one is allowed to delete an expense report except the expense team 9. The expense team must be able to edit all expense reports and items 10. All users can create expense reports, but should not be able to access anyone elses expense report. 11. Managers need to be able to access their subordinates expense reports.
