All too often, we get complacent and end up resorting to the same tools over and over, which can be dull and monotonous. Whether it's Slack or Teams for text communication, quick phone calls, or Zoom meetings, I try to mix it up so the engagement is fresh each time and not a carry-over from the last time we interfaced.
