1. Measuring the performance of the oral presentations and exercises demonstrated the knowledge they gained or learned during the program

2. Completion of the 360-degree personal assessment.The 360 Degree will assess the development of personal leadership styles identified about the leader.It will highlight the strengths and areas of improvement during the program.This assessment will provide overall feedback on how they can handle communication, strategic planning, change leadership, and other areas in the development program.

3. Leadership Stress Profile & Survey will take a profile of how leaders manage their work and personal stress level and take a survey on how they will apply stress management techniques in an action plan.
