This isn't accurate because every organization has a different pay system. The total of all monetary and non-monetary rewards supplied to employees in exchange for their willingness to work makes up a compensation system. In any company, the compensation system is created and implemented to make things run more smoothly throughout the corporation. Human resources' work generates revenue for the company, and the company in turn rewards the efforts of the human resources with monetary or intangible rewards. The same rules and regulations apply to all firms, even those that are similar in nature. There should be a compensation structure in place for every company that is tailored to the needs of that company
