One debating group (The Proponents will articulate and advance the approaches to be used in building their team for the election campaign in support of the mayoral candidate. They will include the leadership style to be used. Identity the type of roles to be filled and the kinds of people to use used to ensure the successful delivery of the project. The other group (The Opponents will be provided time to review and develop a critique of the proposition of the proponents. Whereas the proponents wil outline strategies to be used to boild strong foundation of trust and respect among their project team members the opponents will identity loop holes to counter the claims of the proponents Initial posts for these Discussion Questions are due no later than 11:00p.m. on Wednesday Peer Responses may begin at any time, but will close 11:00 pm on Sunday .
