This paper is a critical analysis. Select one Women and Work Issue or topic. Your issue should address race, class, sex, and/or gender. Analyze and interpret the issue by including theories and concepts from the course. Address and analyze these topics in your critical analysis: 1- What is your vision of women and labor or unpaid labor? Your response needs to be in-depth, not vague. 2- Go in depth on the women and work issue that you selected and include a clear vision on how you believe the issue should be addressed. Provide evidence of support on why the topic is important. 3- Include at least one law or policy that is already in place that addresses your women and work issue and why it is important. (Consider what the law or policy addresses or omits. Think critically). Does the law or policy protect or support women? When was the law or policy passed? What are the contents of the law or policy? What does it do or does not do? 4- Create your own law that correlates with the women's issue you are addressing. Be precise and concise. Explain what the law will do and why it is necessary. How would you implement the law? 5- Evaluate the roles of women and/or gender and representation in relation to the work/labor social issue you selected. 6- Include at least one source from the course readings and at least 3 academic/scholarly peer reviewed sources and 1 media source (blog, news, magazine, etc.) You can provide additional sources academic or nonacademic (blog, news, media, etc.) but ensure you have met the requirements. 7-4-5 FULL PAGES. Cover and Reference pages are not included in page count. Do not exceed 5 pages. You can include additional information beyond what is required. But make sure you have met the requirements. Consider local, state, and national laws. This paper is a critical analysis. Select one Women and Work Issue or topic. Your issue should address race, class, sex, and/or gender.
