This paper will be covering the needs assessment for the Vice President of Human Resources at Bolthouse Farms. Areas of focus is to address the challenges faced by a struggling HR team that lacks the necessary skillset for their roles. By conducting a needs assessment, it will identify the gaps in knowledge and skills within the HR department and propose strategies to bridge those gaps.
