This program will draw a flower-type design, where the user can control the number of petals. The program will prompt the user for the following:

a positive (not 0) number of sides for each petal (regular polygon)

a positive (not 0) length of the sides

a positive (not 0) number (>= 3) of petals (polygons) to draw

"yes" or "no" regarding whether the petals should be filled in.
