This project is designed so that you should be able to create a simple document that shows a fellow help desk person how to use a program in Windows 10 called Steps Recorder. It is called Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7.

Your document must contain the following:

1: Write a brief procedure that explains the purpose of Problem Steps Recorder.

2: The documentation should clearly explain the step-by-step process of how to locate and start Problem Steps Recorder program.

3: Define a task or a problem

Some Examples:

** Change the name of a folder on the Desktop.

** How to navigate to a website in a web-browser

** Starting a program in MS Word.

4: Run Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7 or Windows10 and record your steps for one of the examples given in (3). Give one screenshot of the webpage generated by the Steps Recorder .
