  1. Decision-Making: In this section, decide how applicants will be hired into the position. In particular, describe (and justify) a weighting scheme for combining scores on the three selection methods and set cutoff scores (in line with relevant legal guidelines). Each potential weighting scheme should be identified and described during the above project. Consider any implications of the cutoff scores for representation of protected groups, number of candidates likely to exceed the cutoff, etc.
  2. Performance Appraisal: In this section, design a performance appraisal instrument based on data gathered from the job analysis. Decide on the format and the scoring of the appraisal form. Include the type of performance appraisal (i.e., a behaviorally anchored rating scale), the scoring for each dimension, and weighting of each dimension. Support the reasoning behind your choice of appraisal format. In the appendices, you should have a table that illustrates the performance appraisal questions along with the rating scales.
