This question has two parts please help i will like!!

Part 1: Construct a standard curve using the absorbance (y axis) and the standard concentrations (x-axis) and determine the concentration of your unknown samples using the standard curve.

Part 2: Using the data you gathered from part 1 determine the volume you need to load each cell line sample in order to load 10 g of total protein on each lane.
