At meetings or at special presentations explain the new/ improved policies, procedures and practices to the relevant stakeholders. Explain the reasons for the changes, the expected outcomes, the benefits, the need for continuous improvement and the responsibilities of all staff. The assessor can observe the meetings/ presentations/ communications.

Implement the plan and establish responsibilities for tracking, recording and reporting on the success of the plan.

Submit: the communication plan

the planned time frames and activities that will be followed to track, record and report on success of the plan

any reports that have been submitted to you as a result of the tracking process
