This question was answered for the second part but l am not able to understand how to the view to the page as the question is add view as belw not a RAZOR:

In the same MVC application, make the following changes

Add a folder under Views called as Other

Create a new view called as Details under View/Other folder. This can be done by right-clicking on the View/Home folder and choosing Add-View. (See screenshot above)

Call this view from HomeController Index Method.

Load the URL /Home. It should now display the Details View.

Finally check into Github and submit commit id.
