Developing a Hazard Identification Template 1. Access the following documents relevant to developing hazard templates for the workplace: WHS Management Plan developed in Workplace Assessment Task 2. Relevant templates for hazard identification from any of the following sources: o Consultancy agencies o Industry associations o Government regulators o Organisation 2. Develop a hazard identification template for the workplace. This must be based on the reference documents accessed in Part A Step 1. It must also correspond to the requirements identified in the WHS Requirements document. The procedures for development of the hazard identification template must correspond with the steps established in the WHS Management Plan completed in Workplace Assessment Task 2. Part B. Developing a Risk Assessment Template 1. Access the following documents relevant to developing risk assessment documents for the workplace: WHS Management Plan developed in Workplace Assessment Task 2.
