This is what I summited.

The USMCA contains a number of cutting-edge provisions within it that are intended to encourage new U.S. investments in the automotive industry, to encourage more sales of auto parts made in the country, to advance American leadership in automotive R&D, to support more well-paying jobs in the industry, and to encourage vehicle makers and suppliers to locate future production of automobiles, including electric and autonomous vehicles (USMCA Auto Report, n.d.).

Regarding R&D, if chemicals are not kept in check and disposed of properly, they could hurt the environment. Canadians are big on sustainable consumption. Ethical sourcing is important for people from Canada. Their concern is that the processing plants will create pollution that will affect the carbon footprint (CIA, 2023).

Nice work naming CSR as a form of managing social responsibility. The direction I need you to take in this element is describing specific ethical challenges that may be faced by the company in Canada. How will the expansion of the company be affected? How will individuals and society be affected? You discussed the USMCA and provisions in it. I need to see ethical challenges. I need more expansion in this specific regard.
