The order in which the activities are performed is subject to the following conditions:: Upload Item Master changes has to be immediately after enter timesheets. Clean out Inbox has to be earlier than upload Item Master changes. Update phone OS has to be earlier than write Engagement Letter. Update phone OS has to be either immediately before or immediately after work PO23 worksheets. If write Engagement Letter is earlier than clean out Inbox, then enter timesheets must be
