By Tuesday of this week make your initial post and provide input to your classmates: a. Briefly describe the strategy change in relation to the 10 decisions of Operations Management. b. Provide an analysis of where their strategy fits in the four international operations strategies outlined in Figure 2.9 of you text 2.
