This week you will identify an opportunity for process improvement in your workplace $($once again, for the purpose of this project, we will not use structure or outcome problems, only process problems$).$ It is important to understand this assignment is about fixing a workplace process and at least one member of your group does need to be directly involved in the process and they will serve as the work process subject matter expert $($SME$)$ while other group members will focus on the CQI part of the assignment.
