This week you will write a Good News Message, a Bad New Message, and a Persuasive Message using the three approaches you have learned. Refer to Week 4 Assignment edits as you write. You will also use three different formats: email, memo, and formal letter.
Put all three messages on one Word document with titles on each message (i.e. Direct Approach Email, Indirect Approach Memo, etc.) and insert a page break between each message which forces the next message to a new page of the document.
For the MEMO and LETTER, you should create your own letterhead: Make sure the company name is larger size font (size 14 minimum) and use a size 11-point font for the letterhead address: include the company address, telephone number, e-mail and/or website address, etc. Single space your letterhead. Add a logo if you'd like to. Use size 11-point font for the message paragraphs.
