Put all three messages on one Word document with titles on each message ie Direct Approach Email, Indirect Approach Memo, etc. and insert a page break between each message which forces the next message to a new page of the document.
For the MEMO and LETTER, you should create your own letterhead: Make sure the company name is larger size font size minimum and use a size point font for the letterhead address: include the company address, telephone number, email andor website address, etc. Single space your letterhead. Add a logo if you'd like to Use size point font for the message paragraphs.
