To a function, your main program will send two lists

which will then be written to a text file called Homework $08$ Printout.txt$.$ The program should give this file the title "Names in the Database" with two newlines to follow, and then a list of each name $"$ is years old.", with a newline in between each item. To the command window, the function should also write "The file Homework $08$ Printout.txt has been written." The corresponding text file that is written is attached.
