Please note several items: 29 reams of orange offset paper has been requested because next year we will be publishing and distributing the environmental promotion flyer each month. The postage amount has been increased to $950.00 because of an expected rise in postal rates. The MCK Company has informed us that the next version of its word proccesing software program will be available on the 6 of August; therefore, we will need at least $825.00 of the equipment budget to receive the appropriate software upgrade. In addition, the literature for the newest model of MCK's computer should be scent on or shortly after August 31st. Finally, the miscellaneous amount has been increased by seven percent for use in an emergency situation. Enclosure
