Main Question: Decision making and Leadership.

Identify an organizational/ company situation, in which you or a manager should make a critical decision for yourself/ him or herself or the company. Present the situation in detail so that we can analyze the situation and assess the most appropriate decision making tools and styles. Certainly, we need detailed information of the objective (what to accomplish), the context /situation, the decision makers and their personalities, the process (well established or abstract), values and culture, etc. Discussion question 1) what is the most serious decision you have made or participated/ witnessed in a company you work /worked for? What is the process you went through? Who are invited in the decision making process? 2) what is the most serious decision you have made or participated/ witnessed personally? What is the process you went through? 3) What is your decision making style as you see different from others? Why do you make decisions differently from others? 4) what did you do when you realized that your initial decision was not good? Describe it in some details. If not personally, did you witness others when you see they made a wrong decision to begin with? 5) Do you think President Joe Biden (or any recent president makes good decisions? What would you advise him to become a good decision maker for the country?
