SoundWave side

Start: Production Lead at SoundWave receives a project package from Artist Management $($project scope, desired sound, deadline$/$milestones$).$ Lead reviews and notes milestones $$ project timeline.

Decision: If reject, inform Artist Management and end. If accept, inform Artist Management $($good news$)$ and request arrangement from Harmonia.

Wait for arrangement: Wait until arrangement arrives OR a deadline $($from timeline$)$ occurs.

If deadline hits before delivery $$ Lead checks in with Harmonia Producer. Harmonia explains delays and gives new estimate. Lead updates project timeline and sends new schedule to Artist Management, then continues waiting $($loop until arrangement delivered$).$

Mixdown & review loop: Upon receiving arrangement, SoundWave Sound Engineer creates mixdown v$1$ and sends to Artist Management with SoundWave$$s vision$/$explanation$.$

Artist Management replies approve OR changes requested.

If changes, Engineer revises and resubmits $($loop$)$ until approved.

Post$-$approval parallel work:
