Consider the video: "Susan Cain: The power of introverts" and reflect upon Cain's position that introverts and extroverts experience learning differently. 3. Consider the video: "Salman Khan: Let's use video to reinvent education and reflect upon Khan's position what used to be done in classes is now learned at home, and what used to be homework is what we now do in the learning classroom. 4. Prepare 1,200-1,500 word paper (3 to 4 pages at 1.5 line spacing) discussing the following: . . relate the information presented in both videos to your personal learning experiences. Include examples from your own experience as a learner and, if possible, as a trainer. describe how you, as a trainer, would apply what you have learned from these two videos to training that you might one day design. Describe how you would take these different perspectives into consideration when selecting the training methods you would use when designing training. draw upon what you have already learned in this course and relate several of the concepts from the course into your paper.
