Transformative Corporate Partnerships: "Full Pay for FullTime Students"

Intel and Kaiser Permanente, titans of the regional business landscape, are at the forefront of a transformative movement. In $2025,$ they will introduce the groundbreaking "Full Pay for FullTime Students" program in collaboration with Sacramento State University. This forward$-$thinking initiative aims to provide formal education opportunities to their valued employees, while still maintaining their full$-$time roles within these renowned organizations.

Each semester, both Intel and Kaiser Permanente will each select $30$ high$-$potential employees who exhibit the promise of long$-$term growth within their respective companies. These chosen individuals will embark on an educational journey, balancing their professional commitments with academic pursuits.

As part of this pioneering partnership, Sac State will establish satellite campuses within Intel's Folsom facility and Kaiser Permanente's South Sacramento location. These satellite campuses will house the esteemed College of Business and the renowned College of Nursing, respectively.

By providing access to higher education within the workplace, this innovative approach eliminates the barriers of time and distance that prevented these employees from pursuing formal education in the past.
