Assignment Description

The goal of this course is to introduce you to the field of project management and the role of project managers everything from identifying a project through project closure and assessing stakeholder approval.

A large part of the project manager's role is to estimate, document, and track project costs and deliverables. In this multipart assignment, you will work as part of a team of project managers to complete a series of tasks commonly performe project managers. You will work with the theme you selected on Day $3.$

You will work as part of your group.

This assignment, comprising several tasks, is worth $40\%$ of your final mark.

You will submit your project before start of class on Day $8.$

Each group will prepare a short presentation $(10$ minutes$)$ of your project and be prepared to answer questions from your peers.
