Since most of her adopted cats are mixed breeds of adult cats and kittens, she has requested from a wholesaler of cat food supplies, HyperCat Food inc. for a type of food that are suitable for all types of cats. The wholesaler has suggested to her Mellow Cat Food, which they claim is suitable for all breeds and ages. Roslina placed an order of 50 packs of Mellow Cat Food for a price of RM75.00/pack, which will be delivered by stages in a month. When the first batch arrived, Roslina finds out that some of the cats refused to eat them and developed some kind of allergy reactions. When they were examined by the vet, Roslina was advised to change the food as it was not suitable for them and might caused them health complication. Roslina took the advice and proceeded to cancel her remaining orders and demanded her money to be returned.
