Use a Function to calculate a bonus amount for each salesperson. A 25% Bonus amount is given IF the total sales for a salesperson exceeds $1600. The bonus amount is 25% of total sales. Salespersons who don't sell more than $1600 receive a "Pat on the back from the boss".
