Create an empty Window

Let the user specify two crossing highways using mouse clicks

Let the user place two cars, a smart car $($green$)$ and a regular one $($blue$)$ on the two

highways

Let the user start the cars $($each car starts moving on its own highway$)$

The smart car should stop at the intersection, to avoid collision, if it sees the other car

coming. Once the intersection is clear, the smart car should resume moving and crosses.
