Use the linspace and plot commands in MATLAB to generate a figure containing the curves y = 1.5 sin(x) and y = x between x = 0 and x = 2.5. You can zoom in on the intersection point by editing the axes properties for the graph to restrict the domain, by using the zoom in feature (look under tools in the figure window), or by re-running linspace and plot to get accurate curves near the intersection point.
