Use the simulation templates provided to simulate a system with 3 tellers in the following two scenarios:

• In one sheet assume there is a single queue and everyone is served First Come First Served (FCFS)
• In another assume that there is a queue for each teller
  • Assume customers join the 3 queues cyclically that is first to queue 1, second to queue 2, third to queue 3, fourth to queue 1, fifth to queue 2, etc

Simulate100 customer arrivals using excel. Compare the performance under the two service rules.
