What Binary Or Hexadecimal Number Would I Need To Use To Turn It On? This

Using a MSP430g2553 and attatching a LTC-4627JR(4 digit, 7 segment display), how would you light up the colon on the display? I understand the multiplexing and have it all setup and working but I am having an issue with only the colon(labled L1 and L2 below, I need both to light up). What binary or hexadecimal number would I need to use to turn it on? This is my only question.
