Using C# and Windows forms app(.net framework)

Create a user friendly application to do the following:

The user should be able to import a text based file into your application (from any location on their computer)

Once the user imports data from a file there should be an option to encrypt and decrypt the contents

The user should be able to save the encrypted or decrypted contents to another file
