Create a promotional web site. Must include: 2 web pages - the first describing whatever it is you are promoting, the second must be a form. For example, you may promote a restaurant. The first web page should describe the restaurant through the use of the tags we have learned to this point. The second page should be a survey that customers can fill out regarding their experience at the restaurant. Other topics might be a book you have written, a business you own, a band, a product you are selling - your own line of computers....etc.

1. Design document - I would like a sketch of what you plan to create for your web page. This will require you to think through how your page is organized, the tags you will need, styling you would like to include. The design document can be drawn by hand. You can take a pic and attach it here for submission.

2. Web Page 1 must include at least one of each of the following:

• an image
• a link to the form page
• list
• table
• special character
• container (such as div, span, header, footer, etc.)
• OPTIONAL: additional links to more info on a related topic

More than one of the following:

• basic styling
• headings (any size)
• paragraphs

3. Web Page 2 (Form) must include

• at least 10 widgets
• fieldset container
• basic styling

4. Code must be well organized for readability and must include comments - your name and a brief description at the top of the program. Comments throughout code.
