Using MS PowerPoint build a slide deck that explains Earned Value Management. The presentation should not be longer than 12 slides. Use a colorful template. Avoid putting too much detail in each slide. Slides that are too busy are hard to read. Add pictures, graphs, and clip art to enhance the presentation.

The first slide should be a cover page and the last slide should be references so 10 slides of content. You can assume that your audience is not very familiar with this topic; however, you can also assume they are knowledgeable on similar Project Management topics. They may be your peers or your supervisors or even your customer.

You will need to simplify and limit the number of words on each slide. Use key phrases and include only essential information.

Avoid paragraphs, quotations and even complete sentences. Limit your slides to five lines of text with nor more than 6 to 8 words. Use words and phrases to make your points.
