6. Project Deliverable 1: Case: You and your team are assigned to work on a project for WYU automotive company, as they are planning to add a new battery-powered series for their line of cars. First, you need to present to your line manager a Gantt chart showing how you are planning to divide the tasks between the team to meet the deadlines. (Below you will find some of the tasks that you will have to do to commence the project and you should add some tasks if you see it is of added value). Once the Gantt chart is approved, you will have to start building your simulation model. In this deliverable, students will build a Gantt chart dividing the tasks among their groups and assign milestones on how they are planning to work on PD2. The Project is to simulate the Manufacturing process of an automotive production line using Arena Simulation Software. Some of the Tasks for building the simulation model: 1.
