These four examples can be drawn from the ranks of industry, government, or non-profit organizations. Note that the innovation examples you select should include a strong reliance on IT.

After finding these four examples, summarize recap of each as follows:

• Description of the innovation, including the category you believe it represents (i.e., disruptive or sustaining).
• Explain/justify why considered each example a disruptive or a sustaining innovation.
• Describe the source of the innovation, e.g., forced (push) innovation, customer-generated (pull) innovation, accidental innovation, etc.
• Discuss how the innovation has impacted the organization, and maybe the industry, or even society as a whole.
