Step 1: Verify, define and detail the problem

The problem in this case is to review the parking problem at selected Universities. Annualized parking rates vary from across universities. Most universities charge not only students but staff and faculty monthly for parking per month. In this case study both staff and faculty pay about the same rate, while students receive discounted rates.
