Utilizing the 5 pillars (Mitigation, Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery) of Emergency Management, define strategies for battling terrorism within each pillar.

The aim of this project is to reinforce learning of key course concepts. In a team, you will work together to write a maximum 20-page paper (excluding title, table of contents and references).

Your paper should include:

• Introduction;
• Background on your topic decision and some rationale;
• Literature Review; and
• Conclusions.

There is no need to include an executive summary. You are encouraged to use any relevant readings and resources from the course but the expectation is that you will seek additional readings (at least four) that are relevant to the topic.
