Part 1:

Using the attached job posting,

• Highlight or underline key responsibilities and skills required for this job. With those in mind,

  • Construct 2 Behavioural interview questions. These questions ask the candidates to talk about their past actions and how they dealt with something (e.g. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills.)
  • Construct 2 Situational interview questions. These questions ask candidates to explain what they would do/how they would handle a job-related situation that they would likely encounter in this position. (e.g. A co-worker confides in you that she plans to take sick leave so that she can take a week's vacation. What would you do and why?)
