VISUAL BASIC PROGRAMMING: Program 1. Population

In 2016 Chinas population was about 1.37 billion and growing at a rate of 0.66% (0.0066) per year. In 2016 Indias population was about 1.31 billion and growing at the rate of 1.3% (0.013) per year. Assuming the population growth rates stay constant, write a program that will determine the year when Indias population will surpass Chinas population.

Use constants for the growth rates and use a WHILE LOOP to perform the calculations.
