Record yourself having a conversation with someone else or in front of a mirror $[$for no longer than $3-4$ minutes$]$ explaining what effective communication is and the importance of communication to project success.

Then watch the recording and observe your verbal and nonverbal communication. Reflect on what you did well and what you can focus on improving
