The Budget is as Follows:
The concrete floor is budgeted at $5000. The walls and doors are budgeted at $9000. The roof is budgeted at $5000.
The plan is as follows:
The floor will require 2 days to complete, the walls and doors will require 4 days to complete, and the roof will require 2 days to complete.
Actual work Complete to Date is as follows:
The floor required 3 days to complete and it costs $5600. Due to material shipping delays, the walls and doors took 5 days to complete, but were on budget.
We have been working 1 day on the roof, and have spent $3000 so far. We are about halfway done with the roof.
We are at the end of day 9, and we need to provide project status.
Calculate the CPI, SPI, ETC, and EAC for our project. Remember to show all work and state assumptions.
