We have concluded that change is both unavoidable and contingent on a few factors that contribute to the success or failure of the change process. The purpose of the following questions is to provide an explanation on the change process by doing an in-depth analysis on the following areas of organizational transformation.

2. Explain in detail the change process as seen through the eyes of the leader and the employees, and
3. Explain in detail the successes and failures experienced during the organizational change process, and
4. Explain in detail the concepts and theories used to facilitate the organizational change process, and
5. Explain in detail the impact of the change upon the organization, and
6. Explain in detail the sustainability of the change effort.
