Week 2 Group Project: Develop an Ethics Training and Development Program For the Workplace

For this group project, your group will develop a PowerPoint presentation for an Ethics Training and Development Program for the workplace. You will use the Kirkpatrick model to help guide the development of this program for your organization. You may use the resources provided and any additional valid and reliable resources, including the textbook, as a guide.

1. Your PowerPoint presentation should be a minimum of 10 slides.
2. You must include 2 additional slides for the title and reference slide.
3. Your project must include either detailed speaker notes for each slideor a video presentation in which group members provide oral narration for the presentation.
4. All group members must participate in the project. Only list participant names on the title slide.
5. Your training program must include the following:
   1. Data collection and/or needs assessment process for determining how the training and development program should be.
   2. Research on best practices for developing training and development that are inclusive and accessible.
   3. Strategy for developing an inclusive and accessible training and development program.
   4. Management strategy (ongoing testing, assessments, and feedback regarding the outcomes and effectiveness of the training).
