Week 6: Are your current wages enough?

You have been tasked by the president to present to the board of trustees about whether the organization should raise all custodial staff starting salaries to the minimum wage of $15 that is set to take place in three years. The current hourly is $12. The presentation should also address compression issues by the custodial staff on payroll. How will the organization address this issue? These positions are covered by the collective bargaining agreement, so address if negotiations will be required. Note: Chapter 15 can assist you the collective bargaining questions.

There is no slide limit; however, four references are required in APA format. If the textbook is a reference, it must be listed as well. Presentations should be colorful and engaging. I strongly recommend avoiding the dark backdrop with white or bright writing, making the assignment hard to read. Furthermore, if this were in a live class, no one would be able to read the report.

This assignment is due on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at 11:59:00 p.m., CT. Safe assign score should be less than 30%. NO assignment will be graded at 11:59:01 p.m., CT per the syllabus, as assignments are posted well in advance and a 0 will be recorded. Assignments submitted without a SafeAssign Score will receive a 0. Not having an internet connection, computer issues, going on vacation, or working, etc., are excuses for not submitting your work on time.
